Thousands of citizens were affected by the decision made by the airline Viva Air to suspend all its operations last monday february 27. The drastic measure of the airline will end chaos in the different airports of the country, where protests will be presented.
Given the commotion, the Civil Aeronautics announced that Latam, Avianca and Satena would reschedule the flights of the affected users at no additional cost.

This transportation alternative, updated according to Civil Aeronautics, was initially for passengers who had a ticket issued or confirmed reservation for February 27, 28, and March 1, 2023.
However, this Sunday the Aerocivil assured that the contingency measures that other airlines are offering for passengers affected by the suspension of operations of Viva Air They will be extended until next Wednesday, March 8.
