Doctors carrying out a vaccination program in northern Syria, in the rebel-held area, accidentally administered a muscle relaxant to 75 children and as a result 15 of them died on Tuesday, the opposition said Thursday.
The National Coalition, for its part, said it suspected a «breach of security by some vandals linked to the government of Syrian President Bashar al Assad.»
