At least 79 health workers have died.
Ebola cases in Liberia are spreading exponentially and many thousands of new cases are expected in the next three weeks, the World Health Organization says.
Conventional methods to control the outbreak «are not having an adequate impact,» says the WHO.
At least 2,100 people have died from the virus in Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria this year.
The WHO assures that 79 health workers have died from the disease.
