The organization Doctors Without Borders says it is «completely overwhelmed» by the growing number of Ebola patients in Liberia.
According to the entity, every day they must reject desperate people who come to their treatment center in the capital Monrovia.
Sophie Jane Madden, a spokeswoman for the organisation, told the BBC the situation was now «chaotic and out of control» and called for more international help.
Earlier, the World Health Organization will warn that thousands of new cases are expected in the coming weeks.
More than 2,100 people have died in West Africa as a result of the virus.
